Curtis Granderson (@cgrand3) is a Positive Coaching Alliance National Advisory Board member. He played college baseball for University of Illinois-Chicago and currently plays for the New York Mets. He is a 3-time MLB All Star and is highly recognized for his charitable work with inner-city children. Curtis also won the Marvin Miller Man of the Year award in 2009 for his outstanding performances on and off the field.

In this clip, Granderson talks about battling burnout. When you're a kid playing a sport competitively, practices, games, and tournaments can feel like they are taking over your life. Granderson recommends focusing on all the fun in sports like hanging out with your friends and playing a game you love. He knows kids have a lot of competing activities, and it's important to maintain a balance so kids don't feel like they are missing out.
